Hi Im Victor Frolenko and I’m the owner of Scene and Savor. Scene & Savor is a private chef experience based in the Philadelphia area, offering in-home dining events throughout Bucks County, Philadelphia, and surrounding regions
Why I started this adventure? I realized that my most memorable moments from watching any film were the culinary scenes. I could recall almost any dish or food moment from movies I’ve watched as a kid. This quirk, alongside actually wanting to try those foods, lead me recreating menu’s from numerous films
Now, Im ready to share what I’ve been cooking with all of you :)
